Before trying again, please check the following.

• 1 Enter only the numeric part of your Cloud ID. Do not include @cloud.neduet.edu.pk.
• 2 Recheck your password using the show password (eye) icon to rule out typos.

If the issue continues, try entering the same credentials directly on the NED portal: pl.neduet.edu.pk. You can also reach out to me on LinkedIn.

How your data is handled

A short, honest summary. Everything travels over HTTPS, from your browser to us and from us to NED.

• Your passwordWe use it once to sign in to the NED portal for you. We never save it or log it.
• Your attendanceWe fetch it fresh every time and show it only to you. Nothing about your courses is kept on our server.
• Your deviceAttendly does not keep your ID or password on your phone or laptop. If your browser offers to save them, that is its own password manager.
• Reports and suggestionsOnly if you send one: your message, email and roll number go to our inbox so we can fix or improve things.
